Doug and Lesleigh Noonkester
Doug and Lesleigh joined the staff at First Baptist Church in March 2023. With over 18 years of ministry experience, they have faithfully served in leadership at three churches.
Doug is actively involved in the community, coaching football, basketball, and softball for Sturgis Schools. Lesleigh serves as the church’s worship leader and stays busy managing their home. She enjoys assisting Doug in visiting and serving members of the church family.
They are blessed with three children — Brianna, Arianna, and Dougie III.
